The “Most Efficient Operation” Award recognizes maintenance and facility management companies, Infraspeak Direct software users, based on the number of interactions established with their customers.

On the 17th February, Sotécnica was distinguished with the “Most Efficient Operation” award during the Intelligence for Maintenance Tour 2022 (IFM 2022), a series of international events promoted by Infraspeak, Sotécnica’s partner brand. This conference, the first event of the IFM Tour 2022, took place at Casa Ferreirinha, in Porto.
Filipe Cortesão (Foreman) and Tiago Mendes (Project Manager) represented Sotécnica, to receive the “Most Efficient Operation” award, for the multi-technical maintenance work carried out at Fórum Aveiro, a client of Sotécnica. The prize is awarded based on the total number of interactions performed through the Infraspeak Direct platform, a maintenance management software developed by Infraspeak and used by Sotécnica in the day-to-day operations of our maintenance teams.
The IFM Tour 2022 aims to promote technology and innovation, which characterize the community of Maintenance and Facility Management professionals. This year’s edition will pass through Portugal, Brazil, Spain and the United Kingdom, in a series of conferences in which some of the most renowned international brands in the areas of Maintenance and Facility Management will be present.

During these events, the winners of the Infraspeak Awards are revealed, in the categories of “Most Efficient Operation”, “Most Integrated Operation”, “Most Intelligent Operation” and “Champion of the Year”, an initiative that highlights the success of companies and teams in their operations for Intelligent Maintenance.
