Can you introduce yourself in a few words?
I’m Hugo Miguel Campaniço Azevedo, I’m 41 years old, I’m Team Leader and I’ve been working as a Cold Mechanic at Sotécnica for 13 years. I perform daily maintenance work, installation and repair of HVAC equipment, as well as electricity.
What motivated you to come and work for Sotécnica?
What motivated me the most to come and work for Sotécnica was undoubtedly because it is not only a serious company, but also a company that invests in the development of each professional.
What was the most challenging project you were involved in?
Among many projects, the most challenging was the Vila Franca de Xira shopping center, where it was necessary to repair and put into operation all the HVAC equipment that had been out of order for several years.
What do you consider fundamental, in terms of security, in the exercise of your function?
To ensure complete security in the exercise of my role, it is essential to have good planning and organization of the work to be carried out.
