Can you introduce yourself in a few words? What function does it perform?

Hello, my name is Paulo Ferreira, I am 55 years old, I have been at Sotécnica in the Engineering & Transport Solutions (ETS) department since March 2020, where I work as Team Leader. However, I already have 12 years of experience at Actemium in Paris.

What impact does your work have on people?

My work has a positive impact, people have respected my work because as I come from France I bring other experiences and shares. I like it and I want my colleagues to also evolve with good working methods.

What do you value most about working at Sotécnica?

The work to be carried out at an airport with all its specificity makes it challenging and motivating. There are always new experiences within the electricity sector. I really value working conditions and being part of a team.

What do you hope for in the near future at Sotécnica?

My ambition is to continue to evolve and take on more responsibilities, for higher positions, professional advancement.
