VINCI Energies acquires Longo Plano in Portugal

This acquisition strengthens its position in the Smart Building Solutions area in Portugal.

With 51 employees in Portugal, Longo Plano generated revenues of 3M€ in 2018. Founded 15 years ago and based in Oporto, this is a company specializing in the integration of Safety Engineering solutions.

Longo Plano is recognized for its application of the TBS concept – Total Building Solutions – which consists of the integration of different building management and monitoring systems, namely in the areas of security and automation. It has a history of sustained growth, built through the development of projects for private companies, real estate developers and public institutions, being one of the main integrators of Building Management Systems in Portugal.

The CEO claims to be “very pleased to announce this acquisition, as it is a company that contributes to our development in Portugal and in the countries where we operate.
