Oeiras Parque is one of the shopping centers held by Mundicenter, a real estate asset management company for trade and leisure purposes. Inaugurated in the year 1998, this commercial area has 3 floors and a parking lot with capacity for 2.500 cars.

In the commercial center’s process of remodeling and expansion, Sotécnica was responsible for:

• Electrical installations;
• CFTV systems, security communications and access control;
• Telecommunications networks and infrastructures;
• Centralized technical management system;
• HVAC equipment installation.

After over a year of renovation works, the shopping center is now modernized, with new stores and corridors more inviting for people to circulate.
