A “top” gym

Sotécnica has just completed the modernization and expansion project of the Gymnasium of the Municipal Swimming Pools Complex, in Silves

This new infrastructure now has a total area of ​​403 m2, 5 times greater than the old facilities, with a maximum capacity of 70 users. The new gym is considered to be the best public infrastructure of its kind in the Algarve region, making it an asset to promote physical activity of maintenance, which provides and enhances the creative occupation of leisure time and improves the local inhabitants health and well-being.

For this project, Sotécnica’s delegation in Faro was responsible for all installations in terms of energy, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and telecommunications, as well as all civil construction work inherent to the execution of the project.

The Gymnasium of the Municipal Swimming Pools Complex of Silves is already accessible to its users since the doors reopened, on the 15th of June.
